Issue with horizontal scroll

Hi, we are using a Windows8 Samsung tablet with IE10 and an unregistered version of Sitekiosk. Our application need to be used to scroll vertical and horizontal the page, if we use IE10 the page works fine, but when we enable sitekiosk to use the application we can't scroll it. The same happen if we use some other web page like Msn homepage. Thanks.
