I just got Sitekiosk setup but I am running into some issues. I am using the Desktop Startpage and have setup the system to have MS Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint. Whenever I click on the desktop icons for those programs, I get an access restricted message and the message would closes after a few seconds. However the program does open up and minimize itself. If I click on the program from the start menu, it will open up fine without the restricted message and not minimize itself. (The log file is what happen when I open up Word from the desktop icon and try to save a document).
The second problem I have when I try to save a document, the save box will open up really quick and close itself. Then the restricted message would show up. What else do I need to do to the configuration to stop this so I can save. I tried changing the default save location in the program to a folder that the restricted account have access to.
Lastly is there a way to allow the date and calendar to show up like it normally does on a Windows system in the system tray area?
