print from external program

Dear, We are busy implementing Sitekiosk at a customers site. But the customers want's to use a external program (eid reader) with sitekiosk. The program works fine but can't print. We I print from the eid reader the job gets in the queue but the queue is pauzed and there is no dialog to print, so the job remains in the queue. From internet explorer/sitekios it works fine. Does anybody know how to disable the dialog or let the job pas.
