We are having problems using a Motorola Scanner on Windows 8 device.
The Motorola Scanner (model DS457) works in a native keyboard wedge mode on windows 8 - the device uses standard Windows 8 drivers.
Test: open internet explorer, click on the URL bar, scan a barcode - and it appears in the URL path.
However, once Sitekiosk is installed, the device no longer works - it beeps 4 times indicating an installation error.
I attach a couple of screen shots which show the problematic cause in device manager (prior to SiteKiosk installation, there was not error and these devices did not have an exclamation mark next to them).
